Food always warm and well prepared. Currently extremely long waiting times in the drive!

The McDonnalds at Dortmund HBF and Barbarosaplatz can do a lot more.

every now and then I like to go to McDonald's you can choose what you want to eat are very friendly

Forgets the items and blame on the customer as if the customer is lying.Go and check the CC camera. Dont recommend at all.Pathetic service. Worst experience. From the other reviews it seems like i am not the only one having this problem. No work ethic

The staff seem awkward and only speak bad German. When I stood at the McCafé counter, I was simply ignored. Doesn't work at all!

Danger! You can only pick up food from the drive-in by car, as a pedestrian is no longer possible due to the corona conditions.

Unfortunately, thanks to Corona, the drive in was really full up to the main street. The best had to work hard for its money. I hope McDonald's will add a few euros

I placed an order for two at a table, we waited 55 minutes for food, which I had to ask the service staff for. Overall the worst place I've eaten at. In the end, I received not what I paid for anyway. Neither sorry nor want to give you a try. Good fast food.

Always happy to be on Luxemburger Strasse. Extremely friendly staff.

Usual quality of food however totally unhygienic. No one wore gloves and food was prepared by hand. The same guy also handled the cash desk in the middle of Covid. Definition no return for my family.

It was never my favorite, but it breaks the biggest branch when I'm in a hurry or too lazy to cook. Here McDonald's stores are always a little dirty.

Ordered digitally and despite the correct number on the receipt, the number was incorrect, there was probably no straw for cola and various coffee drinks were in cups with closed lids, very practical 🤔 in addition, all the tables around us were wiped, our table stayed despite Demand from the predecessor literally filthy ... I only give the 2 stars because we got one of 3 vacant tables in the allegedly full outdoor area 🤣

First time that I had their chili cheese double cheese burger. McDonald's needs to bring this burger to the states.

The burgers were cold and tastes like it’s been made like hours ago before it was put to sale. Quite disappointed.

Excellent customer service

For years just just gross and always so dirty ... 🤮 Ice-cold burgers, which were made new on request, but should not have been given out in the first place! The toilets do not go next to the tables and the floor. When asked by the manager, it seemed as if he knew exactly what I meant and told me that three employees were missing, but actually it is always like that and he doesn't really care ...

Fries were cold. Unfortunately allowing homeless people in need of washing to hang around in the dining area is not good for others wishing to have a table to enjoy a meal.

Fat course

It took over 20 minutes to process my order. It took almost 10 more minutes to deliver to the table. The meat in the hamburger was cold (a bit over room temperature). Friends ordered before me, without service, they finished with the menu before my meal arrived.

Plenty of place to sit. Food was ok. Fires too salty.

The vegan burger is great! Jus a bit expensive

Virtually every time my burger is not put together correctly, actually more often than not, it's not a burger, but individual ingredients scattered around the box it comes in.

A very normal Mcdonalds, everything you expect, purely marking it down as the toilets were not very nice at all, then gents had a broken urinal that was leaking on the floor, making it nearly impossible to use the second urinal without getting wet feet!
